Almond Joy Energy Ball Recipe šŸ„„šŸ«

Did some one say Almond Joy Energy Balls?? I think these are my favourite ones yet! ā£

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oatsā£

  • Ā¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconutā£

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powderā£

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed mealā£

  • 1 tbsp chia seedsā£

  • Ā¼ tsp saltā£

  • Ā¼ Cup Honeyā£

  • Ā½ Cup Nut Butterā£

  • Ā½ tsp Vanillaā£

  • 2 tbsp chopped Almondsā£

  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips ā£

  • Ā¼ Cup Flaked Coconutā£

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the almonds, mini chocolate chips, and š˜§š˜­š˜¢š˜¬š˜¦š˜„ coconut in a food processor and pulse until well mixed. ā£ *You can also mix in a bowl without processing depending on your preferenceā£

  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and combine with almonds, flaked coconut, and chocolate chips. You may find your mixture is on the dry side. If thatā€™s the case add more honey or nut butter until you can form ballsā£

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls! Should make 12-15 balls. Store in the fridge for 1 week or the freezer for 3 monthsā£
