Almond Joy Energy Ball Recipe šŸ„„šŸ«

Did some one say Almond Joy Energy Balls?? I think these are my favourite ones yet! ⁣

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oats⁣

  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut⁣

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder⁣

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal⁣

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁣

  • ¼ tsp salt⁣

  • ¼ Cup Honey⁣

  • ½ Cup Nut Butter⁣

  • ½ tsp Vanilla⁣

  • 2 tbsp chopped Almonds⁣

  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips ⁣

  • ¼ Cup Flaked Coconut⁣

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the almonds, mini chocolate chips, and š˜§š˜­š˜¢š˜¬š˜¦š˜„ coconut in a food processor and pulse until well mixed. ⁣ *You can also mix in a bowl without processing depending on your preference⁣

  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and combine with almonds, flaked coconut, and chocolate chips. You may find your mixture is on the dry side. If that’s the case add more honey or nut butter until you can form balls⁣

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls! Should make 12-15 balls. Store in the fridge for 1 week or the freezer for 3 months⁣
