Sunday Morning Banana Waffles! Bananas going brown? Try this banana waffle recipe to put them to use!
This recipe is a double batch, freeze your left overs!
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵)
2 Bananas, mashed
4 tbsp Canola Oil
4 Eggs
3 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
6 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 ⅔ cups Milk
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Preheat waffle iron
Use a fork to mash bananas in a large mixing bowl
Add in oil, eggs, and honey, and beat to combine well
Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and stir until combined
Add in milk and stir until mixture is combined
Grease waffle iron and make waffles according to your waffle iron directions
Serve hot with your favourite toppings!
Place your left overs in a freezer bag and store in the freezer. *Pop in the toaster to reheat!
