Chai Latte Chia Pudding Recipe

A snack or evening treat that is filled with protein and wintery flavours. Chia pudding is super easy to make. I whip up a batch and store it in the fridge in a mason jar for an easy healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • ¾ tsp Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Ginger

  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg

  • ⅛ tsp Cloves

  • 3 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 Black Tea Bag

  • 6 tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan on medium-high heat, add almond milk and stir in spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves).

  2. Once the mixture comes to a boil, stir in honey and remove from heat. Add the black tea bag and let steep for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove the tea bag and transfer to a bowl or jar. Add in chia seeds and stir well, removing all clumps.

  4. Let cool over night in the fridge (or minimum of 3 hours) to set and turn into pudding.

  5. Serve with oats, yogurt, fruit, and/or granola!
