Ingredients
1 Ā½ cups black beans (15-oz can), drained and rinsed
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Ā½ cup oats
Ā¼ tsp salt
Ā½ cup honey
Ā¼ cup coconut or vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
Ā½ tsp baking powder
Ā½ cup cup chocolate chips + extra to sprinkle on top
Optional: chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Directions
Put all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a food processor and blend very well.
Once mixture is completely blended, transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a grease 8x8 pan. Option to top with peanut butter, nuts, and extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 F for 16-18 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before trying to cut (chilling helps)
