Easy Crepe Recipe

Crepes are a great & easy way to spice up your Sunday Brunch. You can save the left overs for breakfast or lunch tomorrow. You can also get creative with sweet & savoury options; I personally like to serve a mix of both but forewarning there will be a lot of dishes!

Ingredients:

(makes 4 servings)⁣

  • 1 Cup Flour⁣

  • 2 Eggs ⁣

  • ½ Cup Milk⁣

  • ½ Cup Water⁣

  • ¼ tsp Salt⁣

  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter⁣

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs

  2. Then slowly add milk and water until fully combined and smooth

  3. Add salt and melted butter last

  4. Pour ~¼ cup of batter into a pan on low heat and spread evenly (by tilting the pan)

  5. Cook until browned and flip

Sweet & Savoury Crepes⁣


Savoury: (2 Crepes loaded)⁣

3 eggs scrambled, 3 slices bacon, smoked cheddar & garlic aioli⁣

Sweet: (2 Crepes loaded)⁣

Dark Chocolate Sauce, wild blueberry compote, sliced strawberries & banana⁣
