Crepes are a great & easy way to spice up your Sunday Brunch. You can save the left overs for breakfast or lunch tomorrow. You can also get creative with sweet & savoury options; I personally like to serve a mix of both but forewarning there will be a lot of dishes!
Ingredients:
(makes 4 servings)
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup Water
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Melted Butter
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs
Then slowly add milk and water until fully combined and smooth
Add salt and melted butter last
Pour ~¼ cup of batter into a pan on low heat and spread evenly (by tilting the pan)
Cook until browned and flip
Sweet & Savoury Crepes
Savoury: (2 Crepes loaded)
3 eggs scrambled, 3 slices bacon, smoked cheddar & garlic aioli
Sweet: (2 Crepes loaded)
Dark Chocolate Sauce, wild blueberry compote, sliced strawberries & banana
