Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh Basil, packedā£
Ā½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesanā£
Ā½ Cup Olive Oilā£
ā Cup Pine Nutsā£
3 Garlic Cloves (3 tsp minced)ā£
Ā¼ tsp Saltā£
ā tsp freshly ground pepperā£
Directions
Put basil leaves and pine nuts into a food processor and pulse several timesā£
Add the garlic and parmesan and pulse several times more. Scrape down the sides with a spatulaā£
Slowly add in olive oil either while processor is running slowly or in batches while pulsing in betweenā£
Finish by adding in salt and pepper, add more to tasteā£
Store in an air tight containerā£
