Time for a new batch of granola! Using a seasonal recipe this time with pumpkin pie spice & pepitas. The best part of granola is you can swap or add in any ingredients you like or have available to you! ā£
Ingredients
2 Cups Oats
ā Cup Sliced Almonds
ā Cup Whole Almonds
ā Cup Walnuts
ā Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ā½ tsp Salt
ā Cup Natural Peanut Butter
ā Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
ā Cup Dried Cranberries
Ā¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine oats, nuts, seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and salt into a large mixing bowl (leave out dried cranberries and coconut)
Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well
Transfer onto a lined baking pan and spread thin
Bake for 20 minutes then stir granola and add shredded coconut. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave out to cool and add dried cranberries
