Pumpkin Spice Granola Recipe 🎃 ⁣

Time for a new batch of granola! Using a seasonal recipe this time with pumpkin pie spice & pepitas. The best part of granola is you can swap or add in any ingredients you like or have available to you! ⁣

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Oats

  • ⅓ Cup Sliced Almonds

  • ⅓ Cup Whole Almonds

  • ⅓ Cup Walnuts

  • ⅓ Cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ⅓ Cup Natural Peanut Butter

  • ⅓ Cup Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅓ Cup Dried Cranberries

  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Combine oats, nuts, seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and salt into a large mixing bowl (leave out dried cranberries and coconut)

  3. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well

  4. Transfer onto a lined baking pan and spread thin

  5. Bake for 20 minutes then stir granola and add shredded coconut. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Leave out to cool and add dried cranberries
